Refund & Replacement
At Satva Organic, every order is carefully packed and quality checked before dispatch. As our products are natural and perishable, orders cannot be returned or refunded once confirmed. However, if you receive a damaged, missing, or defective product, we'll gladly help resolve the issue.
Damaged Product
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Required Information
- Order Number
- Invoice or order confirmation
- One clear photo of the outer shipping box
- Two clear photos of the damaged product
- Complete unboxing video
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement for the affected product. Replacement orders are generally dispatched within 7–10 business days.
Missing Product
If any item is missing from your shipment, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Required Information
- Order Number
- Invoice or order confirmation
- Photo of the outer shipping box
- Photos of the opened package
- Complete unboxing video showing all received items
Refunds cannot be issued for missing items. Once verified, the missing product will be shipped to you at no additional cost.
Spoiled or Defective Product
If you believe a product is spoiled or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

- Clear photos or video of the product
Since our products are made using natural ingredients with minimal processing, slight variations in taste, aroma, texture, colour, or appearance are completely natural and do not indicate a quality issue.
If our quality team confirms that the product is genuinely spoiled or defective, an appropriate replacement will be arranged after verification.

- Unboxing videos help us process claims much faster and may be required.
- Orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once confirmed.
